At mavoltra, every custom jersey is made specially for you — with your chosen name, number, and design. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, color, or design preference once production has started.

However, your satisfaction is important to us. If there’s a problem with your order, we’ll make it right.


1. Eligible Returns or Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

  • You received a defective or damaged item.
  • The wrong product, size, or design was sent.
  • There was a printing or manufacturing error on our part.

If your order meets these conditions, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item at support@mavoltra.com. Include:

  1. Your order number
  2. A description of the issue
  3. Clear photos showing the problem

Our team will review your case and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size chosen by the customer
  • Typographical or design errors provided in your order
  • Change of mind after production has begun

Please ensure all details (size, name, number, color, design) are correct before submitting your order.


3. Refunds

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after confirmation.


4. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs for eligible items may be covered by us if the error was on our part. Otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
